As we responsibly adhere to physical distancing protocols and we are no longer able to shake hands, we will continue to cultivate emotional connections and curate personalized experiences for our guests. Taj Campton Place’s enhanced protocols have been developed in accordance with CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, as well as in cooperation with state and local government requirements. Below you will find a high-level summary of our detailed Health & Safety Commitment, outlining additional measures we are undertaking. As we prepare to re-open, we have your well-being in mind.

We adhere to the highest levels of cleaning standards and protocols, which include the use of hospital-grade cleaning chemicals.

In accordance with CDC recommendations, 6-foot physical distancing requirements will be maintained by all associates.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning in public areas with a focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces, elevator buttons, and door handles.

Our Leadership Team serves as on-property experts to ensure all health & safety measures are implemented.

Staff Safety Protocols

We conduct temperature checks for our entire Team upon entering Taj Campton Place.

Rooms Blocked

All rooms will remain blocked vacant for a minimum of 24 hours as an added measure of precaution.

KEY CLEANLINESS & SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

Our spacious guestrooms and suites are equipped with independent heating and cooling systems. They do not share ducting with any other rooms or public spaces.
All windows in our guestrooms open so you can let fresh air in at any time.
All rooms will remain blocked vacant for a minimum of 24 hours as an added measure of precaution.
We adhere to the highest levels of cleaning standards and protocols, which include the use of hospital grade cleaning chemicals.
Rooms are sanitized with electrostatic fogging sprayers after each stay
We conduct temperature checks for our entire Team upon entering Taj Campton Place and we will encourage our guests to do the same.
We will ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is worn by all associates in public areas of the hotel, based on roles and responsibilities and in adherence with state or local regulations and guidelines. Guests are required to wear face coverings when in public areas and when interacting with a Taj employee.
All guests will receive a complimentary safe stay kit upon arrival. Additionally, guests will have access to touchless hand sanitizer dispensers that will be available in all public areas.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in public areas with a focus on the disinfecting of high touch areas and surfaces, elevator buttons and door handles.

In accordance with CDC recommendations, 6-foot physical distancing requirements will be maintained by all associates whenever possible to keep everyone safe. Guests will be encouraged to do the same.
Taj Campton Place’s lobby with limited guest traffic, allows for ease of physical distancing. All property dining outlets will comply with local and state mandated occupancy limits. Public restrooms will be closed, and access to Taj Campton Place will be limited to our team and guests.
Contactless delivery is available for our guests in the privacy of their suite / room. Additionally, single use cutlery and individually packaged food options will be available upon request.
We have updated our guest laundry handling protocols and contactless delivery is available; our expert team will continue to process and clean all laundry and dry-cleaning in house, we don’t send anything outside to a third party.
Associates who do not feel well will be instructed to stay at home. Taj Campton Place provides generous health care and sick leave benefits, should an associate test positive for COVID- 19. Duty of care for both associates and guests is our priority.
Our Leadership Team serves as on-property experts to ensure all health & safety measures recommended by the CDC, WHO and all governmental agencies are implemented and followed. Additionally, both the Leadership Team as well as all associates receive thorough health & safety training.
